Van 10. Arrived in time range and with courtesy, knowledge and efficiency, the non urgent and turned off leaking hot water pipe 250mm below paving was replaced. Cleaned burner and relit HW system. Good old fashioned service could not be faulted. I will use this company again and happily recommend.

You want to know what the only thing worse than having a blocked toilet on a Saturday night is? Trying to find a service that lists itself as 24/7 for emergencies that actually answers the phone when it happens. After trying 5 other places, not only did I get right through to an actual plumber, but he was here in little over an hour.I didn't catch his name, but the guy I spoke to came out, did a great job, and left the work area cleaner than it had been pre-disaster. While I hope I won't need this kind of service again in the future, I know who I'm calling first next time - it's these folks, for sure.

GA Perry are now our go to plumbers. They are always reliable and trustworthy. They recently replaced our gas hot water system and arranged for ATCO to adjust the gas flow as the original plumbers from another company had not installed the correct system and this was the cause of many of the problems that we had experienced over an 8 year period. GA Perry were very helpful and organised a temporary system for us until ATCO had attended. Many thanks to Shannon and the other plumber who sorted everything out for us. Highly recommended.

I cannot rate GA Perry highly enough! Thanks again, guys!It is rare that I write a review for Google (I think that this is actually my first) but I feel as though I have to write this review having had the best service I have ever received from GA Perry last week (and also having seen some of the previous reviews on their website).Our water heater was failing and we were unsure as to the potential costs of replacing it. With one call to GA Perry, we were advised as to the options (from cheapest to most expensive but also most appropriate).I had the pleasure of speaking with Sam who was helpful, sincere and knowledgeable.We thought that we would also try to “tie up” some electrical work at home (which needed to be done for ages but we put it off because we were concerned about the costs).Within 24 hours (and also at the agreed time) we had both a plumber and an electrician attend at our house. The work was done efficiently and with a minimum of fuss (the tradesmen cleaned up after themselves which was a nice surprise). Both tradesmen did their jobs thoroughly and without rushing or cutting corners.Both tradesmen were professional and “went the extra mile” in respect of answering questions that we had and ensured that the heater was working properly and that the electrical work was safe.I thoroughly recommend GA Perry.Their costs were as estimated, their service was impeccable and making arrangements for the work was conducted professionally and with the focus on customer service.I have recommended GA Perry to my friends and will continue to do so.

Dave did excellent work upgrading the main switchboard at our house. Very neat, every RCD clearly marked and mapped. He was on time, polite, patient and the cost was exactly as quoted at a very reasonable price.Wayne who took the booking is fantastic, he could explain the technical side to the work too which was a great help.Second time we used GA Perry and honestly would not use anyone else ever again. We phoned GA PERRY yesterday to attend a blocked toilet that we had. From the initial telephone call we made speaking to Wayne, through to the Plumber Brodie arriving on time and attending our property and clearing our blocked toilet was faultless. Had an issue with a Gas Leak, called three 24hr Emergency repairers and the only one to answer the call was GA Perry. From the outset, they were professional and had a tech arrive within 2 hours as promised. After explaining my situation to the tech, he troubleshooted all possible areas of the issue. He had the issue resolved within 30 minutes, could not be happier with the service, 5 stars. Highly recommend.

Due to being without power for 21 hours I finally had Western Power come out & I was told that it wasn't their problem. I needed an electrician. My friend who uses you for anything needed fixing highly recommended you. I rang & got satisfaction within an hour. It was so good having my air cooler back on as it was so hot inside my house. My main switch in the metre box had burnt out. I thought it was a general outage in the area. No. Just me. I can't praise this company enough for their fast efficiency. Price wise I was happy.
